An update from the Mount Wilder team on Covid-19

To our customers and community,

Our entire team has been working hard to make things simpler for our customers amidst the current situation globally.

As everyone had to take some drastic measures in the past couple of weeks, we would like to give you an update on the situation.


STORE: Our online store is up and working. You can keep placing your orders and we’ll ensure we dispatch them at the earliest. 


DELIVERY: We aren’t delivering to any location until courier services are back. For orders that were placed before the restriction was imposed and the order is pending, we will get in touch with you soon and update you.


RETURNS: As all our shipping partners aren’t operational until 15th April, we won’t be able to accept returns, Hence for all orders made after 20th March, we have extended the returns window to one month from the date of placing the order.

Kindly note, the products must be unused with original tags and a valid receipt for being eligible for returns.
