When will you ship my order?
We normally ship our orders within 24 hours after you place the order. Final delivery time may vary based on location.
When will my order get delivered?
Transit and delivery time may vary depending on your location and the ordered items. Generally our products are dispatched within 48 working hours.
How much do you charge for delivery?
We provide free delivery on all products across the globe on prepaid orders and charges INR 50 on COD in India. Customs, duty, Octroi or any other charges may apply and will need to be borne by the customer. Please write to us before placing the order if we are unsure.
How can I track my order?
An email is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of our shipping service provider.

If I receive a damaged product, what should I do?
We are committed to provide you the best possible experience. In the event that you receive a damaged product, please initiate a return or reach out to us on email@example.com and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
How do I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel the order, you can send us a request on our helpdesk. If the order has been shipped , it cannot be cancelled and, you can return policies may apply.
What are your return policies?
If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased on Mount Wilder website, please return the product at your cost by courier within 15 working days to the following address:

The returned products should be in its original packaging and in the same unused condition.
What items can I return?
You can return all the items. The returns will be accepted only for damaged and defective goods.
You need to inform us about any damages/defects within 48 hours of delivery of products, in order to receive a replacement.
When will I receive a replacement?
Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, where the item should be unused and packaging should have the original tags in place.
Any item received that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in that case.
Can I choose a different item in exchange?
You can receive a replacement of exact product or another product of the same value. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid in advance.
What is your refund policy?
In case of refunds, Mount Wilder will issue a voucher which you may redeem for any shopping on our website.
